Composite Veneers
Composite Veneers are a minimally or even completely non invasive treatment to improve the colour, shape and alignment of your teeth. This treatment is usually performed without local anaesthetic and so is pain free.
Composite veneers are made from a tooth coloured resin material which can be polished to make them look pearlescent like natural teeth. The teeth can be designed using 3D computer aided design technology which can be viewed prior to having them done (your smile can be designed and approved by you prior to having the procedure done). Trays are then made in a lab made which allow the dentist to place and set the material into the exact shape and position as planned. This technique is known as injection moulding. The result is highly aesthetic and if looked after well can be long lasting with good maintenance. This would involve regular dental check-ups for polishing and stain removal. Any cracks or chips can be easily repaired
